Pay The Spay
Did you know that a single, unspayed female cat can be responsible for over 30,000 kittens in her lifetime if none of the subsequent kittens are spayed or neutered? Did you know that over 300,000 dogs and cats are euthanized in Canada each year because there simply aren’t homes for them all?
As a low euthanasia shelter, the Oakville & Milton Humane Society has committed to spaying and neutering all dogs and cats, puppies and kittens and rabbits prior to adoption to help stop pet overpopulation in our community.
By supporting the Pay the Spay program, Cause for Paws an d its sponsors and donors are helping solve the pet overpopulation problem.
